About the event
Nature and walking have always been so important to me in my healing journey and I want to share that with you. I would love for you to join at Kingley Vale.
We will walk through nature in awareness of our beautiful surroundings. We will quieten our minds and soothe our souls by being amongst our natural surroundings, we will do a walking meditation.
🌎We will use earthing / grounding techniques to connect to mother earth
🫁 We will use Breath work to open up our bodies & hearts ♥️ under the trees 🌲
