In this session we will be focusing and setting intention to “let go and release” the energy of GUILT. Recently when speaking with clients, the repeating emotion that seems to be experienced the most is “guilt”

Guilt is held in our sacral chakra 🧡 and can show up with a denial of pleasure, feelings of loneliness, feeling anxious, going into thought spirals about the past…

Feeling guilty over anything - not doing enough, doing little, not going to that event, believing your letting people down, not having the time to do XYZ with family/ friends etc etc….. “I feel guilty” “I feel bad”……..
