My desire with this challenge is to increase your self-worth, love and respect. Raising your vibration, helping you to feel better so you can attract better.
You attract to you those things that are vibrating at the same frequency as you are emitting – if that is doubt, fear, shame and a lack of self love - you will attract situations and events that prove to you how you feel about yourself. As that is what you are emitting from your energy. What you “think” and “feel” about, you bring about.
