Come and Join me for a free walk and talk in Hockley woods, connecting to nature and clearing our energies.
🌎We will use earthing / grounding techniques to connect to mother earth
🫁 We will use Breath work to open up our bodies & hearts ♥️ under the trees 🌲
All while taking in the beauty that nature had to offer with awareness and our senses 🌸
Leaving you with a happy heart 💜
